Who we are

top20 is a quiz app developed by Nozzo Games. This policy explains what data is collected when you use the top20 app and this website, and how it is used.

Data we collect directly

The top20 app stores the following data locally on your device only. It is never transmitted to our servers:

We do not operate user accounts. We do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information through the app.

Support contacts

If you contact us via the in-app "Report a problem" feature or the support form on this website, your message and email address are submitted to Formspree, a third-party form service. Your email is used only to respond to your enquiry and is not shared with any other party. Formspree's privacy policy is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

Analytics

top20 uses Google Firebase Analytics to collect anonymised usage data, including device identifiers, app events (such as quizzes started and completed), and general demographic information. This data is used solely to understand how the app is used and to improve the experience. No data is linked to your identity. You can review Google's data practices at policies.google.com/privacy.

Advertising

The free version of top20 displays ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve personalised or contextual advertisements in accordance with Google's privacy policy. You can review Google's data practices at policies.google.com/privacy.

Users who purchase the ad-free upgrade will not be shown ads.

On iOS, we will request your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before any cross-app tracking takes place.

In-app purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android) via their respective app stores. Purchase validation is handled by RevenueCat, a third-party service. We do not receive or store your payment information. Apple's and Google's privacy policies apply to all transactions.
